Elvis Presley was born 8th February in Memphis, Tennessee. He was one of the most famous singers ever. As a little boy he wanted to be the next James Dean,
Then he was one of the Americans most popular movie stars in that time. When Elvis finished high school he drove truck on days and worked on clubs by night. He created rock´n´roll in the fifties. He became king in the music trade. He had 107 records on billboard lists.
Elvis didn’t like to be alone. He always wanted to have people around him. He could sleep all day and party all night long.
He was very generous. He gave his daughter, Lisa Marie, one mink coat and one diamond ring when she was eight years old. He liked dark colours and he had very bad eating habits. His refrigerator was full of white junk food. Some people thinks he even ate squirrel! Crazy if you ask me!
1977 when Elvis was 42 years old he died in his own house Graceland in his bathroom of a drug abuse. Elvis Presley handed over 300 million dollar to his only child Lisa Marie.
